The promotional period of "Standard Chartered Hong Kong 150th Anniversary Lucky Draw" is from 1 April 2009 to 31 December 2009.

The promotion is applicable to all audiences aged 18 or above with valid identity document who purchase or redeem their movie tickets at ticket counters of The Grand Cinema within the promotional period.

Audience will receive one lucky draw ticket for every movie ticket purchased or redeemed at The Grand Cinema ticket counter. To participate, audience needs to drop the left or right part of the lucky draw ticket into the designated collection box at the Grand Cinema (no need to attach the cinema ticket receipt). There is no limitation on the number of participation for each participant.

The lucky draws will be held at the end of each month during the promotional period, the draw will be postponed to the next working day if it is Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. All draws will be held at The Grand Cinema at 11:00 am by representatives from Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“SCBHK”) and The Grand Cinema. For each draw, 1 winner would receive a set of “Standard Chartered Starsuite” full house movie vouchers (total 23 vouchers) and 15 winners would each get 2 movie vouchers of the same cinema house.

The drawn lucky draw ticket numbers will be posted on the Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited corporate website (www.standardchartered.com.hk), the promotional material at the ticket counter of the Grand Cinema and on the lucky draw box after each draw.

To redeem the prize, winner(s) are required to register at the Grand Cinema by presenting the original copy of the left or right part of the lucky draw ticket and his / her Hong Kong Identity card / passport within 3 months after result announcement or otherwise the prize will be forfeited and no re-issuance will be arranged. The valid period of all movie vouchers is one year. The full house movie vouchers prize winners are required to contact The Grand Cinema for the booking arrangement 2 weeks prior to the show date.

SCBHK reserves the right to provide an alternative prize at its absolute discretion.

SCBHK reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion, including the above-mentioned promotion details and terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the decision of SCBHK shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
